My mission…

The first thing to know about me is that I’m a dietitian on a mission:

To highlight all the myths and misinformation around diet and wellness and provide you with evidence-based advice you can trust.

If you’ve ever struggled with constant dieting only to put the weight straight back on, or feel confused about so-called “miracle fixes” or crash diets, then I’m here for you.

We don’t learn good habits overnight, so I will work with you on your nutritional, fitness or wellness needs to provide a long-term solution.

Ready to feel empowered and take charge of your health? I will help you to understand your current habits and challenges and work with you to implement strategies to manage your weight and habits now, and in the future.

More about me, Emily Holt

Empowering people to live a happy and healthy life has always been my passion.

It inspired me to qualify as a dietitian and work in the NHS in hospitals and the community within diabetes and weight management services.

And, of course, it’s a natural step for me to start my own business so I can reach as many people as possible, helping them to work with — not against — their bodies.

I’m also a certified fitness instructor, have trained in behaviour change and coaching, and have qualified as a supplementary prescriber. This combination of experience enables me to support my clients in the most holistic way, considering the many aspects which influence our health.

What I’ve learnt so far in my work is that when you help guide people through those feelings of overwhelm to live the healthiest life they can, you are rewarded as much as they are.

It’s what motivates me to grow as a professional — that priceless feeling of knowing you’ve made a real, sustainable difference in people’s lives.
