Hot Honey Halloumi Flatbreads

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 30g halloumi
  • 1 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tsp garlic, crushed
  • Handful spinach, roughly chopped
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
  • 1 wholemeal pitta bread or flatbread
  1. In a frying pan or airfryer, cook the halloumi with the oil and honey for around 10 minutes.
  2. Toast the pitta or flatbread for 1-2 minutes, allow to cool slightly and cut in half.
  3. Spread on the yoghurt and add the spinach, tomatoes and cucumber before adding the cooked halloumi.
